Welcome

To Ballinasloe Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Frank Kennedy

I’m Frank Kennedy (M.A., M.Sc., M.I.A.C.P., M.I.A.H.I.P.), a qualified psychotherapist since 2017 following four years of training at Dublin City University.

If you’re experiencing difficulties and wondering whether counselling could help, this website offers information about the process and what to expect. I believe that talking can bring clarity and relief, whether you’re facing a current issue or struggling with the effects of past events.

I understand that taking the first step toward therapy can be challenging. I’m happy to meet with you to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.

“A person is a flowing river of change…not a fixed quantity of traits.” – Carl Rogers
